Offshore Buoys
Professional buoyancy buoy solution for the offshore surface to subsea 7000m.
Buoder surface/subsea buoyancy buoys generally consist of resillient closed cell foam core encapsulated with a tough, resistant polyurethane outer skin, which can be reinforced with nylon filament, combined with high quality steel work.
The rotationally moulded buoys are made by rotomoulded polyethylene hollow sheel filled with closed cell polyurethane foam or syntactic foam (Macrospheres).

Buoder pipe floater can be used for the dredging pipe, pipeline, cable, hose and submarine hose as the floating ring or float collars. Buoder floaters are manufactured using the most advanced production methods and the highest quality material.
Buoder pipe ring floats are available for pipe diameters 150 till 1.000 mm in two materials:
• Semi rigid PE – for normal conditions
• Extremely flexible PE – for harsh conditions
Buoder also make submarine hose floats suitable for any hose manufactured to OCIMF 1991 standards. Deep water hose float are available on request.
Advantage and Features of Buoder Hose Float:
-- Maintenance free
-- Great reliability
-- High value of buoyancy per unit
-- Very quick assebly
-- Possible fast variation of reserve buoyancy
-- Easily stored
-- Wear resistance, impact resistnce, corrossion resistance
Dredging Hose Floats Hinged types:
For pipe diameter 600 -1000 mm. Designed for heavy applications, with solid places of assembly and registered assembly shoot in 100% corrosion free construction.
Pipe Float small sizes: For pipe diameter 150 – 550 mm. Designed for medium and smaller applications. 2 halve cylinders, c/w stainless steel or hot dip galvanised assembly material.
Dredgng Pipe Float bi-conical types For pipe diameter 200 – 400 mm. Designed with conical edges for medium and smaller applications in limited space working areas.
